KOIN Tower

| Since it was completed in 1984, the KOIN Tower has dominated the Portland skyline. The brick and steel structure was experiencing leaks around the 19th floor.
Repairs on the recessed stories above the 19th floor included cleaning, repointing and sealing the masonry exterior, as well as adding seismic upgrades. Cracks in the brick panels were routed out, then injected with epoxy and repointed. Repairs were camouflaged with a cementitious material mixed to match the existing brick.
